BESCOM JLM Exam pattern: Selection to the BESCOM Lineman Recruitment 2016 will be made on merit based depends upon marks secured in qualifying exam. Eligible candidates will be called for Endurance Test in the Ratio 1:5. Candidates should have physical fitness certificate issued by Government Medical Officer during Endurance Test. Endurance test will be conducted in following:
- 100 meters running in 14 seconds
- Skipping 50 times in one minute
- Shout Put 12 meters ( 3 Chance)
- Climbing electric Pole of 8 meters height
- 800 meters running in 3 minutes
