Educational qualification: Candidate should have completed the Intermediate examination of the board of High school and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh, should have the speed of 140 words per minute in Hindi Shorthand & 120 words per minute in English Shorthand.
Age Limitation: Age of eligible applicants should have minimum 22 years and maximum 40 years as on 01-07-2016. Relaxation of upper age limit, candidates who belongs to reserve category as per existing rules.

Initially, Candidates can send their application in prescribed format with attested copies of required qualifications along with passport size photograph which should be attested by a Gazetted Officer & the application should be filled up in Hindi language on the prescribed format by ordinary post to Deputy Secretary Establishment Section, Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya, Uttar Pradesh and Lucknow on or before the last date.

Application Fee: Eligible applicants who belong to general/ OBC category required to pay of Rs 1000/- Rs 500/- for SC/ ST category in favor of e-challan in state bank of India or debit card/ credit card/ state bank of India net banking.
Selection Procedure: Selection of eligible applicants will be done on the basis of the result of Type test.
