I am from other state than rajasthan and i have choosen category of NON CREAMY LAYER OBC.AND also fill the domecile of up and submitted the application form. And my payment have to done with amount of 450 rupee.whereas for general it is 650 rupee.should it make the payment ?because other state condidates are considered as general ?and what should i do for correction,also notification pdf is not opening in my device please help sir
